We woke up in the Walmart parking lot today. We had a nice relaxing morning. It has been so busy for the past few weeks that I feel like we haven’t even seen much of one another.
Noah is in need of a new bike and we are hoping to fine one second hand for him. We looked at a thrift store and a pawn shop today but neither had anything that would work. One of the things I remember fondly about past trips to Florida was the abundance of really large and very inexpensive thrift stores. In the Orlando area there just don’t seem to be any. This is the first thrift store that we have come across all winter!
We rounded out our afternoon with a short visit to Hollywood Studios where we discovered that Matthew is still not tall enough to ride the Rock-n-Rollercoaster. We did get to ride the Toy Story Midway Mania and saw the Beauty and the Beast show as well. There wasn’t a single street performer out, which I found really strange because they are really what make Hollywood Studios so wonderful.
Tomorrow we are meeting Rachel’s and her family at the Magic Kingdom. I’m already predicting that we are going to be late, but like always, the plan is to get an early start!
